Implementation Strategy for Capture Manager

Because Capture Manager affects page options and authoring process where it is enabled, it is important to consider a hierarchy organization that allows the right content to follow (or not follow) Capture Manager setup.
For example, content authored via a KCS authoring process may need Capture Manager Classifications, while product documentation may need a separate section where Capture Manager is not enabled.
