Steps to fill missing report data from downloadable reports on Expert sites
Issue
Downloadable report (like User Activity) is missing data on the last day of the month.
Resolution
Contact support to backfill the data.
Cause
Data for large sites do not get completely filled daily if there is high volume. Every day, the data for the month is recompiled. On the first of the month, the last month does not get compiled.
