Contribution Reports
Reports to understand how your contributors create and edit content.
Expert Contribution Reports help you improve processes and deliver a more complete and effective body of content to internal and external users. Not only are these analytics reports easy to use and share across teams, they are designed to limit time-consuming manual processes by removing the need to create, link, and maintain multiple spreadsheets to get the insights you need.
To access Contribution Reports, navigate to Site Tools > Dashboard from the toolbar.
- Capture Manager Report
- Track how your users are interacting with Capture Manager.
- Event Details for Contribution Reports
- Contribution report events include: Create, Edit, Move, and Delete.
- Group Comparison report
- Compare how different groups within your organization contribute to content.
- Site Contributions Report
- See all contributions related to Copy, Create, Delete, Edit, and Move.
- Site History report
- The Site History Report lists content changes across your site.
- User Comparison Report
- Compare how different users within your organization contribute to content.
- User Contributions
- See a history of content changes by a specified user.
