Contextual Help Touchpoints (announced 2019-01-10, release date to be announced)
The mt-f1=true URL query parameter that is included in Contextual Help Touchpoints page requests will be changed to mt-view=f1. Please contact the Support Team with any questions regarding this change.

Security HTTP Headers (announced 2019-02-21, release date to be announced)
To prevent public visitors from clickjacking, phishing, or fraud attempts, Expert will enable the X-Frame-Options HTTP header for sites that do not already have it enabled. This will disable the ability to iframe an Expert site into another web application. Contact the Support Team with any questions regarding this change.

TLS Security Update (announced 2019-02-28, release date to be announced)
To improve the security of Expert sites, HTTPS requests using the TLS 1.0 protocol to Expert servers will no longer be supported. TLS 1.1 and 1.2 will continue to be supported. All Expert supported operating systems and browsers will not be affected, however, older clients built using older versions of OpenSSL may be affected. Contact the Support Team with any questions regarding this change.

Search Engine Maintenance (announced 2019-02-28, release date to be announced)
To ensure quality in Expert search results, the search engine is being upgraded to the latest supported version. Based on our test results, we do not expect significant changes to the search results. Sites will be gradually moved from using the current search engine to the upgraded version in the weeks following Release 2019-03-14.

Expired SAML Certificate Validation Enforcement (announced 2019-03-07, release date to be announced)
Single Sign-On integration with expired SAML identity provider and service provider signing or encryption certificates will no longer allow authentication until valid certificates are provided. Contact the Support Team with any questions regarding this change.

To ensure quality in Expert search results, the search engine is being upgraded to the latest supported version. Based on our test results, we do not expect significant changes to the search results. Sites will be gradually moved from using the current search engine to the upgraded version in the weeks following Release 2019-03-14.

Control Panel Single Sign-On Configuration Page Removal (announced 2019-02-14, released 2019-03-21)

Link Manager
Fixed an issue where the Link Manager search would not filter pages.

Feedback Submission
Fixed an issue where feedback could not be submitted more than once unless the page was refreshed.

Page Title
Fixed an issue where editing the page title would not update in the edit view unless the page was refreshed.

Fixed an issue when creating a link in the editor, pasting a URL into the Link to input would cause the title HTML attribute to be incorrect.

Fixes

Expert for Salesforce
Fixed an issue where Expert for Salesforce integration would not display on Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge 15 and 16. 

Links
Fixed an issue where editing a link with misspelled hyperlink text would become partially unlinked.

Contextual Help Window
Fixed an issue where using the Open article button on a search result page filtered by the Category and Guide Filter would clear the facet.

User Page (Expert MT4)
Fixed an issue where the My page link under the user drop-down would navigate to the wrong location. This issue was limited to Expert MT4.

Enhancements

Single Sign-On Configuration Page Replacement
​​​​​Continued Single Sign-On configuration will be handled through the Support Team. The current configuration will be viewable from a dedicated Single Sign-On Dashboard page and no longer in the Control Panel. Contact the Support Team with any questions regarding this change.

User Page Titles
To improve the privacy of our users' information, User pages will no longer display the page title, which previously displayed their usernames.
