Draft history report

The Draft History Report, accessed through Draft Manager, provides a detailed page-level list of all draft activities.
Download Draft History Report
If you do not see an option to download the report, contact the Expert Support Team.
- From the Expert toolbar, navigate to Site tools > Dashboard > Content tools > Draft manager.
- In the Report download section, select a month from the select report drop-down menu and select Download.
Report details

Draft creation date and when changes are made. Format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss |
| Page Path | string | xxx/xxx/xxx/... |
| Page ID | number | Unique page identifier. |
| Type | string | Event type. |
| User ID | number | Unique user identifier. |
| Comment | string | Message entered into the "Why are you making this edit?" field. |
| Words Added | number | Number of words added within a single edit. |
| Words Removed | number | Number of words deleted within a single edit. |
| Structural Changes | number | Noncharacter related format changes. |
| Attribute Changes | number | Character related format changes. |
| Diff Too Large | binary | Reports 'true' if changes are too large to report in draft history. |
