Use out-of-box Expert functions to maintain version control of your content.
Use Revision History
If you do not need to access older page versions directly, use page Revision History to see a record of changes. To include more details in Revision History, add comments to Edit Summary when making page changes.
Use Copy Page function
If you need to access older versions directly, use the Copy page option to replicate and modify pages as needed. Add version indicators to page titles, use Custom Classifications, or move pages as appropriate if you have a site structure for product versions.
