Cannot edit section header

The ability to edit section headers in conditional blocks was removed in November 2018, so there is no edit icon next to the heading.
There are two ways to edit a heading that lives in a conditional content block:
Heading edit
- Open the page in Edit mode.
- Remove the heading text from the conditional content block.
- Edit the heading.
- Put the heading back into the conditional content block.
- Save.
Conditional content block edit
- Open the page in Edit mode.
- Remove the conditional content block.
- Edit the heading.
- Add the conditional content block again.
- Save.
