Reports unavailable - 401 error
Troubleshooting for authentication 401 error - "You are not authenticated to view this page."
The report service, powered by Looker, has maintenance hours on Sunday and Wednesday 4am-6am UTC (9pm-11pm Pacific). If outside scheduled maintenance hours, try these resolutions.
1-hour timeout period
Issue: Reports time out after 1 hour of inactivity.
Resolution: Refresh your browser.
Third-party cookies required
Issue: Browser settings or extensions that block third-party cookies prevent the report service from working because it uses cookies for authentication. Some browsers and ad blocker extensions block third-party cookies by default.
Resolution: Modify browser or extension settings to allow third-party cookies for your Expert site domain.
- In Safari, deselect the Website tracking setting.
