Search MindTouch Content in Community Cloud

Customers can see both Community results and Expert content based on their search query.

Enable a blended search experience peer-to-peer communication and Expert content as part of Expert for Salesforce Community Cloud integration.

Search behavior

Search results from your Expert site automatically populate, along with Community Cloud results, based on the query entered in Community Cloud search. The Expert results are powered by Expert search behavior that:

  • Appear instantly when published or modified in Expert without any additional steps
  • Only return pages or files that the user has permission to view
