Editor Lite is a streamlined editing panel that gives agents exactly what they need to create knowledge while in a CRM environment or Touchpoint integration.
Use Cases
- Create or edit knowledge base content directly with the Expert for Salesforce Service Cloud integration
- Real-time knowledge capture when following KCS in Salesforce Service Cloud
Editor Lite does not have configuration options.
To use full Expert Editor capabilities, click the Open in Expert button to edit in the Expert web browser experience.
