Edited links

Previously, when the link option was changed (for example, from "default" to "open in new window"), external links worked but showed as broken in Link Manager. Now, external links behave as expected even after the link option is changed.

Release 2025-09-18

This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 10:56 PM (PST).

Fix

Enhanced Editor code blocks

When pasting code into a script widget (Dekiscript, Javascript, CSS), the code block did not expand its height according to the length of the code; and when removing pasted code, the text area height was adjusted, but the entire code block did not adjust in height. Now, the code block height adjusts to display the full code for easy editing

Enhancements

Page Views report UI

We added the "Page Views from Search" column to the table in the Dashboard UI, which shows pages that are clicked after search.

Completions download API

We have added new parameters for the day of the month and report format.

Cornerstone Content report

This report provides insight into your top 20 most used pages. Admins can access the Cornerstone Content report from the Dashboard UI or via API.

This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 9:27 AM (PST) on September 16.

We added target / source languages to the Analytics API to make it easy to view which pages are translated and the languages that they are translated into.

 Users who log in at help.nice.com now have access to view permissioned Expert content.

Enhancements

Instant Translation reports
  • The Instant Translation Engagement report shows how site visitors are using Instant Translation, what pages are translated most often, and what languages content is being translated into. This empowers understanding user needs and when / where to consider prioritizing human translation.
  • The Instant Translation Billing report empowers you to understand your translation usage and track usage to forecast monthly translation usage and cost.
