Goodbye Expert, Hello NICE CXone Expert!
Expert was acquired by NICE earlier this year. With this acquisition, you will begin to notice changes throughout the product as we transition to the updated branding. These changes will not affect any custom branding applied to your site(s) and will only affect out of the box elements and references to the previous Expert brand.

Fixes
Search Insights Report
A fix was made to give a more accurate count of the total intended searches in the Search Insights Report. This fix will only impact future Search Insights Report data.

This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 1:53 PM (PDT).

Top Level Navigation
For customers that are using Top Level Navigation, we have made some accessibility improvements.
Branding
We are continuing to update our branding to CXone Expert.
