Limitations

  • Page redirects: Link Manager only handles links generated in the content of a page, and does not handle page-level redirects (301s and 302s).
  • Non-content areas: Link Manager only tracks links found in the content area of pages; it does not track links in templates, Special pages, in the user interface, or in custom templates such as the header or footer.
  • DekiScript blocks: Links included as part of DekiScript added to a page cannot be detected by Link Manager.
  • External link validation: Link Manager lists external links but cannot validate whether external links are broken or not.
