Set up a central location for reusable articles
- Create a Semi-Private Category or Guide on your Homepage.
- Use an obvious title like "Content Reuse Source Articles” or “Reusable Content.”
- A Category page is suggested for those with a high volume of articles intended for reuse. This enables article organization within Guides below the Category. For those with a low volume of articles intended for reuse, a single Guide will suffice.
- Use the Semi-Private privacy setting to ensure end users do not see the organization of source articles for Content Reuse. Users will only see the article in its proper destination within the hierarchy.
