Download the user2group report

The user2group report matches User IDs with Group IDs so that you can easily merge multiple reports.
Prerequisites
- Administrative access
How to download the user2group report
- On the NiCE KM toolbar, select Site tools > Control panel.
- Under Users & Groups, click Groups.
- Click Group Membership CSV at the top left-hand side of the page.
If you do not see an option to download these reports, contact NiCE KM Support.
