The groups report provides a full list of groups associated with your NiCE KM instance, and the number of users within each group.

How to download the groups report

On the NiCE KM toolbar, select Site tools > Control panel.
Under Users & Groups, click Groups.
Click the Groups CSV button at the top left-hand side of the page.

If you do not see an option to download these reports, contact NiCE KM Support.

Report details

Field	Type	Description
Group ID	number	Unique group identifier.
Group Name	string	Name of group as defined in group manager.
Role	string	Role of group as defined in group manager.
User Count	number	Total number of users assigned to group.
