Schedule Publish

Jobs that take a significant time to complete and do not fail will now automatically be retried up to four times. This will help reduce the job completion time, and help prevent time-consuming jobs from bottlenecking other jobs in the queue.

Control Panel

On the Product Info page, some sites were showing an incorrect seated user count. We have fixed this so the user count is correct.

Draft Manager v2

The "Last author" column was not returning a user DisplayName when the value was defined. We have ensured that the DisplayName is referenced when defined, and if no DisplayName exists the report will apply the UserName.

Hawthorn theme UI

Some UI elements on the User Login screen did not appear consistently on all screen sizes. We have corrected this so labels and relevant text stay visually intact for a better user experience on all screen resolutions and devices.

Touchpoints

Touchpoints did not have default height and width properties set when they were created or updated. If no value is set, the Touchpoint height and width will automatically be 100% of the iframe element.

Reporting

The GenSearch Insights report and GenSearch Adoption report are now available in the Dashboard for users who have GenSearch enabled on their sites.

• The GenSearch Insights report shows how and how often your site visitors use GenSearch, which will empower you to improve customer satisfaction with the search experience. Information in this report includes the number of generative sessions and results returned, and how often knowledge articles are clicked after initiating a generative search so you can understand the effectiveness of your responses.
• The GenSearch Adoption report enables you to view important information about the adoption and usage of Generative Search across your site, including:
  • The number of non-GenSearch users
  • How many times GenSearch was disabled by your users
  • Your generative search utilization rate
  • A table of user queries
