Fixes
Draft images
The Image Properties window now displays correctly for images in a draft article. Previously, the window would open but no details were displayed.
Listed links
Links embedded within list items <li> HTML tags were not clickable on the sign-in page. Repositioning the links as <p> tags removes the list display but allows the links to be clickable.
Link picker
The Show more results button does not display when there are fewer than ten search results in the Template namespace (for example, during Import/Export). Previously, the button would appear, but when clicked the page would load with the message "Sorry, we cannot find what you are looking for."
Release 2023-11-16
This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 2:40 PM (PST).
Fixes
Link to case
All links are now copied to clipboard, and after clicking the Copy linked articles button the confirmation message "Copied to clipboard!" is displayed next to the button.
Previously, only the last link was copied and there was no confirmation message.
Search
The Show more results button does not display when there are fewer than ten search results. Previously, the button would appear, but when clicked the page would load with the message "Sorry, we cannot find what you are looking for."
UI
The Pinned Pages icon does not disappear when clicked. Previously, the icon became invisible in two situations: when clicked, until the page is refreshed or the icon was right-clicked; and when right-clicked, until the right-click menu disappeared.
Images
For images in tables, when Image Properties is opened from the right-click menu, the window that opens populates with the image details. Previously, this window would error out.
F1 Links
There are no console errors when opening F1 links and modal windows. Previously, there would be a console error because success.mindtouch.com was hard coded in the codebase. The URL has been updated to expert-help.nice.com.
Enhancements
CRM Touchpoints
- A Touchpoint can be enabled and edited without Support assistance.
- Unsupported / deprecated Touchpoints have been removed from selection options in the Touchpoint type modal.
Announcement
Functionality was included in last week's release before the validation process was finished. This incomplete functionality should not be used, as it may cause technical issues. We are working to remove the related components from our interface as soon as possible, and we will share more details about these features when they are released for use.

Fixes
Find & Replace
In the View recent jobs table, the column “Instances” now shows the correct value. Previously, this would display as 0 and did not match the Process Complete screen, which could cause confusion.
Media Manager
Duplicate file names are no longer possible when uploading files larger than 256MB. Previously, when multiple files were selected for file upload, a file that was too large would trigger an error message, but the smaller files were uploaded in the background. Because it was not clear the files had already been successfully added, users would reupload the smaller files.
