Manual Redirects: Create a manual redirect to an external page
Fixed an issue that prevented the ability to create a manual redirect to an external URL 

Page Export: URL encoding
Fixed an issue that caused forward slashes to be double-encoded in the file names of exported pages; forward slashes are now single-encoded

Page Layout: z-index adjustment
To accommodate future development, we've adjusted the z-index of elm-header-user-nav from 999 to 990.

Site Structure: Prevention of inadvertent new page creation
Currently, pro members who attempt to follow a link to a page that no longer exists will trigger the creation of a new page. Sites can now be configured to prevent this, and instead, deliver an error, "Page could not be found," with links to related articles.

Site Structure: Deletion of page children
Currently, pro members who attempt to delete a page have the option of leaving that page's children in place, which results in structure errors. Sites can now be configured to prevent this, and instead, warn the user that a specific number of child pages and files will be deleted.

Fixed an issue that prevented the display of search results for anonymous users in IE 11

Date and Time: Automatic time zone recognition
The time zone on all sites now automatically matches the time zone preference of a user's workstation. This applies to all times displayed on your Expert site other than any custom elements and email notifications.
