Rendering Expert HTML via Contextual Help view
CXone Expert saves and displays content as HTML in the backend. You can use Expert's built in Contextual Help view to pull the direct text as rendered HTML.
Contextual Help View
The Contextual Help view renders the page without additional Headers, Footers, or additional content that exists outside of the page, and is used when viewing pages via the Contextual Help links as well as from certain Touchpoints that display content, such as the Embedded Contextual Help Touchpoint. You can capture the Contextual Help view of a page by appending the following to a page URI:
?mt-view=f1
As an example, the following endpoint captures the Contextual Help view of this page's parent page:
