This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 11:32 AM (PST).
Today’s release included under-the-hood changes for product maintenance and preparation for upcoming features.
There is upcoming System Maintenance on August 13th at 8pm PST. As a result, the CXone Expert system will be down for about 60 minutes.

File Deletion
Draft Contributors can no longer see the Move, Upload, or Delete icons for file attachments because they do not have these permissions.
