This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 12:31 PM (PST).

Enhancements

Telephone Links

Links that have the tel:attribute are recognized as telephone numbers.

Fixes

Review Manager

Sorting the Review Queue will now behave as expected.

Touchpoints

Using templates with conditional content inside a CRM Create Touchpoint will now render correctly.

Release 2022-05-26

This release is complete. The Release was deployed to all Expert sites as of 12:39 PM (PST).

Today’s release included under the hood changes for product maintenance and preparation for upcoming features.

There is upcoming System Maintenance on June 11th at 8pm PDT. As a result, the CXone Expert system will be down for about 60 minutes to deploy an infrastructure update. Capabilities are being added to extend data processing performance.
