GenSearch access based on Group and User type permissions
There are two ways to enable GenSearch for users:
- By user type: Control access based on user type (Admin, Authenticated, Seated, and Anonymous users). This is managed by the Expert Support team.
- By Group: Manage access through the GenSearch Group Permission List, allowing you to enable specific user groups.
Both methods can be used together to gradually roll out GenSearch access. If you are not ready to enable GenSearch for all users by type, you can start by granting access to Admins, then gradually add test groups.
