Editor

Previously, script widgets (DekiScript, CSS, and JS blocks) did not display correctly in Firefox 1.48.0; now, they display correctly in the browser.

Content Adequacy / Faithfulness and Relevancy downloads

Before, special characters were transformed when opening the CA / F&R files in Microsoft Excel. We have resolved this so that text displays as expected.

The following updates have been made to improve the user interface and enhance user experience:

• The title "Select Content Location" has been added to the modal.
• All "Test Questions" elements are now top/bottom centered.
• Accessibility in the "Test Questions" section has been prioritized, so that instructional text and links have higher contrast.

Branding

NiCE CXone Mpower Expert is now "NiCE Knowledge Management," abbreviated to NiCE KM. We are in the process of updating our documentation and UI.

Authoring

Previously, when a thumbnail was deleted on Draft pages, it would still remain visible. Now, upon deletion, the thumbnail is successfully removed.

Server tokens

You can now create a one‑time OAuth bearer token scoped to a specific user within the Dashboard.
