AI optimization in the Editor

  1. Condense & structure: Split large text blocks into short paragraphs (3-5 sentences each) and use clear headings (H2, H3) for each distinct topic.
  2. Lists & tables: Convert multi-step or enumerated details into bullet/numbered lists, and present any structured data in a well-formed table with headers.
  3. Readability: Shorten or break up any overly long sentences (25+ words). Remove or replace filler words ('very,' 'really,' 'actually,' 'just') to keep language concise.
  4. Acronyms & terminology: Define acronyms on first mention (e.g., 'Neural Network (NN)') and add brief explanations for specialized terms.
  5. FAQ Section: Identify 3-5 common reader questions from your content, and provide short, self-contained answers for each.
  6. Conflict & consistency: Eliminate contradictory statements (e.g., 'requires a license' vs. 'no license required'). Use consistent product names, versions, or references throughout.
  7. Conclusion: End with a concise concluding section (3-5 bullet points) summarizing the key takeaways and linking any next steps or references.
  8. Content questions: What are the 3 most important questions this content will answer?
