Why you should tag your pages

Tag wisely

Do not use colons within tags. Tags containing colons (such as product:name) will interfere with proper site structure.

Tag individual pages

  2. Expand the Page Settings panel above your page title.
  3. Enter the name of the tag you want to attach to the page. If tags already exist on the site, the auto-complete feature will suggest them as you type.
  4. Hit Enter.
  5. Add additional tags by repeating steps 3 and 4.

Tag multiple pages

  1. Filter for the pages you want.
  2. Click the check box to the left of the page, or click the check box in the table header to select all returned pages.
  3. Scroll down to the Change classification to section.
  4. Enter the name of the tag you want to attach to the page. If tags already exist on the site, the auto-complete feature will suggest them as you type.
  5. Hit Enter, or click the existing tag you want to apply.
