Move Content
NiCE Knowledge Management provides multiple ways to import, export, move, delete, and restore content.
- Copy a page
- Create a copy of a page or section.
- Export and import Expert content and data
- Use the Import and Export Tool or the API to export and import contents between NiCE KM sites.
- Export and Import MindTouch MTARC files (legacy method)
- Older NiCE KM sites include an option to export or import at the page-level.
- Import HTML content from external sources
- The external content importer allows you to import the HTML content of your articles, which enables you to unify your content across multiple sources, and use NiCE KM AI capabilities with content from non-NiCE KM sources.
- Move a page
- Move a page or group of pages as needed to re-organize content.
- Restore deleted pages
- Whenever a page is deleted in NiCE Knowledge Management, the page is automatically retained in the NiCE KM control panel, allowing administrators to preview and restore deleted pages.
