Enhanced Editor spellcheck
Enable or disable spellcheck, and choose which language dictionary to base spellcheck on, to make the authoring process smooth regardless of what language contributors author in.
The Enhanced Editor supports spellcheck in the following languages:
- Danish (Denmark)
- Dutch (Netherlands)
- English (US)
- English (UK)
- Finnish (Finland)
- French (France)
- German (Germany)
- Italian (Italy)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Spanish (Spain)
- Swedish (Sweden)
How to use
To turn spellcheck on or off, or to change the language for it:
In the Editor toolbar, click View > Spellcheck language, then select the option you prefer.
The spellcheck language used in Edit mode does not affect the site language or the page content language. Whichever language is configured for the site (from within the Control Panel) will continue to apply.
