Fix a link to a file attachment

Ensure your attachment links use the correct format.
If the file link does not work, ensure the link does not begin with files.mtstatic.com. Links beginning with files.mtstatic.com have expiration timestamps, and will not work after the time included in the URL (the?Expires= parameter).
In the Link window, the Link to: field should show /@api/deki/files/. These links do not have expiration parameters and do not expire.
When you use the Browse or Search functions in the Link window, the @api/deki/files/ URL is used automatically.
The timestamp in the URL is given in Unix time
