CXone Expert UI Walkthrough
All standard capabilities are accessed through the same web-based user interface (UI). Some UI elements appear on every page and some elements only appear on certain page types.

Universal page elements
Some page elements appear throughout the primary CXone Mpower Expert UI.
Homepage and sign in elements
Homepage default elements include a Welcome Banner and sign in actions.
Navigation elements

Functions in the CXone Mpower Expert Toolbar vary depending on where you are within your site.
Content page elements
Some page elements only appear on content pages where you edit and publish articles.
Page Status Bar
The Page Status Bar appears on content pages where you edit and publish articles. It includes options to publish, delete, and preview live pages and drafts.
Page settings
All content pages contain an expandable Page Settings element, with options that vary slightly depending on the page type.
Display options for Category and Guide pages
Users can customize Category and Guide pages in Expert with various views, each affecting navigation and accessibility.
Show certain elements on Categories or Guides
Product Notifications
For logged in Seated members, there are two types of product notifications that can appear in a banner above your site header: Site expiration and Release notifications.
