CXone Expert Editor
The Editor is a WYSIWYG editor that automatically creates HTML from visual authoring. You can switch between WYSIWYS and HTML views depending on your editing preferences.

- Add tables to your content, which are automatically responsive in Expert.

- You can create hyperlinks with various settings, edit a hyperlink or link settings, or remove a hyperlink from text on a page.

- Editor Toolbar Buttons
- The Expert Editor buttons are the most commonly used authoring functions.

- Editor Widgets
- Visible on content pages in edit mode, Editor Widgets contain navigation, content, and script code.
- Edit a page
- To edit a page, ensure that you have editing permissions in your Expert site.
- File Attachments
- You can embed images and videos in your pages, or attach other files for reference.
- Keyboard shortcuts
- While in Edit mode on a page, press ALT+0 (PC) or Option+0 (Mac) to view available shortcuts.
- Lists
- Create numbered lists (HTML ordered lists <ol>) or bulleted lists (HTML unordered lists <ul>) in the Expert Editor.
- Page Titles and URLs
- New page URLs automatically generate from the page title, appended to the path where the page is created. You can decouple a page link to be different from the page title
- Recommended Articles
- For each article your users visit on your site, Expert intelligently suggests new articles your users may be interested in.
- Red horizontal line in CXone Expert editor
- The red line (called Magic Line by CKEditor) appears before or after certain elements in Edit Mode to makes it easier to place your cursor and add more content to the page.
