The CXone Expert platform is specifically designed to provide a high-performing and intuitive user experience for all public users in the most common commercial use cases. We are the only scalable knowledge solution that is designed with these principles in mind.
Accessibility focus
We accommodate basic principles of accessibility for all content viewer functions, such as keyboard navigation, link readers, image descriptions, etc.
Accessibility limitations
While we strongly consider accessibility for public viewers, we do not maintain as many accessibility considerations when designing features for authoring or admin functions for Pro Members in Expert.
We also do not aspire to meet the most stringent accessibility ratings as currently defined by government requirements. Current government rating criteria would severely limit our customers' ability to brand and configure their Expert user experience to harmonize with their brand identity and overall commercial objectives.
