Allow domains to access Expert with outbound firewall rules

Some domains used by CXone Mpower Expert are relevant to customers who need to allow traffic to and from an Expert site.

If your organization limits access to specific web entities, access to Expert sites can be granted by allowing IP addresses and domains. While Expert cannot provide IP addresses because they are subject to change without notice, the following domains are used by Expert as of January 14th, 2019:

  • a.mtstatic.com
  • files.mtstatic.com
  • cdn.mindtouch.us
  • ajax.mindtouch.com 
  • fonts.googleapis.com
  • fonts.gstatic.com
  • d37gvrvc0wt4s1.cloudfront.net
  • <your Expert domain>
  • ldap.mindtouch.us (only necessary if you are using LDAP authentication)
