Review Manager
Publishing a draft after an Accepted review no longer overwrites the Accepted / Approved state the review was closed with.
Previously, once a draft was published, the Accepted review would be overwritten with a Cancelled state and the Accepted review would be lost. The only options were to leave the review with an inaccurate Cancelled state, or close the review by accepting it but never publish the draft.
Link to Case
When an article cannot be linked or unlinked to a case, an error message is displayed.
Authoring
A comment is cleared when the user clicks the [ X ] in the top right corner of the comment box. Previously, clicking the [ X ] did nothing.
API
The Search insights API was returning a 500 error on the first attempt. This has been fixed and there is no need to refresh the page for the report to run.

Attachments
The Attach a file button has been removed from live pages with a draft because you cannot attach files to pages that have existing drafts. Previously, users attempting to attach a file to live pages with drafts received an error message.

Expert for CRM
The option to add a Links tab has been added to the Touchpoint configuration where Link-to-Case is also supported. Please contact your CSM to enable this feature.
Note: Once enabled, a new Expert for CRM integration or Touchpoint must be created.
